Cortica is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model, combining neuroscience and developmental approaches to help children build skills and relationships that carry over across home, school, and community settings. Behavior Technicians provide individual and group services, implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and collaborate with families and supervisors. The position requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. New hires receive a two-week, fully paid, in-person orientation with hands-on training. The posting describes part-time schedule options of two, three, or five days per week, with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays.
