About The Position

Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician – Early Childhood Center | ABA Training Woburn, MA Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) ⭐ Start a meaningful career working with young children—receive ABA training, BCBA mentorship, and grow through our Clinical Fellowship Institute Make a meaningful difference in a child’s early learning years Join our Early Childhood Center in Woburn, working with children ages 2–6, including children with autism and related developmental needs. Our program offers a warm, school-like setting where children participate in daily classroom routines such as circle time, play, communication, social skills, and structured learning activities. Dependent on schedule, staff may also support Social Skills groups run out of the same location. A typical day may include: Greeting students and helping them transition into their day Supporting circle time, group activities, and play-based learning Providing intensive teaching (1:1 ABA instruction) Facilitating or supporting small group instruction and social skills activities Collecting data and tracking student progress Collaborating with BCBAs and team members Creating a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time available Monday–Friday Hours between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM No evenings or weekends Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Salary: $42,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience) Part-Time Hourly Rate: Higher hourly rate for schedules under 35 hours/week Full-Time Benefits Include: Health insurance Dental insurance 3 weeks paid vacation Paid training and professional development Part-Time Positions: Higher hourly rate Flexible scheduling Note: Part-time positions do not include vacation benefits Qualifications High school diploma required Associate’s degree preferred, plus related experience Experience working with children preferred Experience with autism, ABA, education, or developmental disabilities is a plus Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability Why This Work Matters Working with young children provides the opportunity to support growth during important early learning years.
