About The Position

At Caravel Autism Health, we offer purpose, connection, and the chance to make a difference in a child's life. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will help children achieve life-changing milestones. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages served are from 2-14 years old. This position is ideal for individuals who are natural caregivers, have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant roles, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. It is also a great role for those looking to advance their careers in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior-based therapy, and other psychology specialties. This is a center-based position, offering the support and connection of teammates and supervisory staff onsite.

Requirements

18+ years old
High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic
Comfortable playing with children
Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions

Nice To Haves

Experience in preschool teaching
Experience as a teaching assistant
Experience in daycare
Experience in early childhood education
Experience caring for individuals with special needs
