About The Position
We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Las Vegas, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA. Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.
Requirements
- Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
- ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
- Comfortable working weekday mornings
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
- Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
- Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
- Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
- Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA
