About The Position

CABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with individuals across the lifespan with autism and other disabilities and conditions, including co-occurring needs, helping to increase independence and improve quality of life. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, supporting clients in various settings, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. CABA is committed to providing a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR and CPI certification required (assistance provided if needed)
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass TB clearance and FBI/DOJ background check
  • Three professional and two personal references

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • RBT certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record data accurately and consistently
  • Support clients across clinic, home, and community settings
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, educators, and other providers
