Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must be willing to transport clients when needed)
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Day and evening availability (some weekends may be required)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual, especially Spanish-speaking (may be eligible for higher pay)
- Experience in school settings or with crisis intervention
- Experience with children or teens with developmental differences or challenging behaviors
- Empathy, humility, and integrity
- Strong time management and professional communication
- Receptive to feedback and open to growth
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Undergraduate degree in a related field
- High energy and passion for helping others
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions under BCBA supervision
- Deliver therapy in homes, community settings, schools, and outpatient offices
- Support children in achieving meaningful developmental and behavioral goals
- Collect real-time, accurate data using digital tools
- Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by BCBAs with fidelity
- Communicate progress and challenges to caregivers and team
- Collaborate with a team of providers including ST, OT, PT, and mental health providers
- Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training as needed
- Achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training and study support available)
