About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must be willing to transport clients when needed)
  • Pass background checks and drug screening
  • Day and evening availability (some weekends may be required)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual, especially Spanish-speaking (may be eligible for higher pay)
  • Experience in school settings or with crisis intervention
  • Experience with children or teens with developmental differences or challenging behaviors
  • Empathy, humility, and integrity
  • Strong time management and professional communication
  • Receptive to feedback and open to growth
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • High energy and passion for helping others

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions under BCBA supervision
  • Deliver therapy in homes, community settings, schools, and outpatient offices
  • Support children in achieving meaningful developmental and behavioral goals
  • Collect real-time, accurate data using digital tools
  • Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by BCBAs with fidelity
  • Communicate progress and challenges to caregivers and team
  • Collaborate with a team of providers including ST, OT, PT, and mental health providers
  • Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training as needed
  • Achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training and study support available)
