About The Position

As a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute's Randolph Center, you will provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You will implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You will also collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
Reliable transportation (travel is required).
1+ years experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to transition between working independently and collaborating within a team.
A passion for implementing evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Nice To Haves

RBT certification (indicated by higher pay rate)
