Autism 360 is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism and help them build skills they’ll use every day. The role involves providing engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy, helping children develop communication and social skills, building independence with everyday routines and activities, using play and activities to work toward individualized goals, tracking progress using electronic data systems, and working closely with BCBAs and the Autism 360 team. This is an active, hands-on job that may involve playing on the floor, running, singing songs, practicing life skills, or helping a child learn a new way to communicate. The company provides paid training, hands-on support, and coaching for those new to ABA.
