About The Position

Autism 360 is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism. The role involves helping children build essential life skills. The company provides paid training, hands-on support, and coaching for those new to ABA. Ideal candidates are dependable, patient, energetic, and eager to learn.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete required background and employment screenings
• Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, walking, running when needed, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience in childcare, daycare, education, special education, healthcare, behavioral health, camps, coaching, or working with children with special needs

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy
• Help children develop communication and social skills
• Build independence with everyday routines and activities
• Use play and activities to work toward individualized goals
• Track progress using electronic data systems
• Work closely with BCBAs and the Autism 360 team
• Celebrate small wins that lead to BIG milestones
• Be part teacher, coach, cheerleader, play partner, and skill-builder
