Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work directly with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and independent living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is a hands-on behavioral health position. Many clients receive ABA services because they engage in behaviors that interfere with learning, safety, relationships, or independence. The goal of ABA is not to punish behavior but to teach meaningful replacement skills that help individuals communicate effectively, achieve greater independence, and experience a better quality of life.
