What You’ll Do As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in our center, a clients in home, school, and or community settings. We support ages 2yrs old through adulthood!! Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will: Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs Collect and record data during sessions Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors Follow behavior plans with consistency and professionalism Promote client safety, dignity, and independence

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass background check and TB clearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Puts Safety and Integrity 1st
• Ability to follow written treatment plans
• Familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, Tablets, and other common technology
• Comfortable implementing treatment plans regardless of who it's with
• Comfortable working with both children and adults
• Comfortable collecting and analyzing basic data (frequency, duration, etc.)
• Comfortable with changing diapers

Nice To Haves

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities
• ABA or Behavioral Health experience
• RBT certification
• Coursework in psychology, education, or a related field
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
