Behavior Technician working with Kids
About The Position
We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children. This role is more than just a job; it's a calling to support children with autism and their families. You will work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We provide comprehensive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), strong clinical mentorship, and a supportive culture focused on collaboration and shared success. Requirements
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
- Resilience and compassion
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
- Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

Responsibilities
- Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
- Building skills through play, connection, and presence
- Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
- Creating a safe, positive environment for every child
- Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days
