We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children. This role is more than just a job; it's a calling to support children with autism and their families. You will work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We provide comprehensive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), strong clinical mentorship, and a supportive culture focused on collaboration and shared success.
