No ABA experience is required; hands-on training and ongoing support are provided, including support toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This is an afternoon-shift position with flexible hours, generally Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available after school and at least four days per week. Occasional weekend availability may be requested. The role requires travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
