About The Position

Think of yourself as a real-life hero helping kids learn important life skills! You’ll provide play-based therapies to help children communicate, learn, and grow. You’ll celebrate milestones—big and small—like tying shoelaces or saying “hello” for the first time. You’ll work alongside incredible BCBAs who will support you every step of the way. Requirements

  • Available Monday–Friday (1:00–6:00 pm).
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma.
  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Ability to lift/carry toys & materials (25–50 lbs).
  • Energy to play, patience to teach, and heart to care.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with kids or individuals with Autism or are an RBT already.
  • Speak Spanish or know ASL.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing smiles and progress to kids of all ages.
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
  • Collecting data on your iPad to track growth and celebrate achievements.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic clinical team.
  • Traveling to homes, daycares, or schools to provide individualized support.
  • Receiving consistent supervision and support from a Clinical Supervisor and BCBA
