Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 40 hour minimum RBT training.
- Skill competency check off from supervisor.
- Passes national board exam and registration obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- CPR & First Aid certification.
- Pass background check.
- Valid driver's license
- Individuals who enjoy working with children and being actively engaged.
- People who are reliable, patient, and willing to learn.
- Written and verbal communication skills to connect with kids, families, and teams like a boss.
- You thrive where others tap out — in active environments, with kiddos in motion and hearts in your hands.
Nice To Haves
- Bonus points if you’ve got a degree in Behavioral Health, Psych, Early Ed, or Special Ed — but your experience speaks volumes too

- Engage in supervision with our Bahavior Analysts not just to meet requirements, but to evolve, learn, and grow your impact.

- Execute standardized assessments, under the direction of your supervising BCBA.
- Lead projects, guide interns, and empower volunteers to contribute to something bigger than themselves.

- Join forces with our elite squad of therapists — OT, PT, SLP, Mental Health — to support the whole child, fully.
- Be an ambassador for ABA — educating families, communities, and even skeptics about how behavior therapy transforms lives.
