About The Position

At Caravel Autism Health, we are seeking passionate individuals to join us as Behavior Technicians (BTs). In this role, you will work with children aged 2-14, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to guide them through fun, skill-building activities. Your goal will be to help children achieve significant milestones and reduce challenging behaviors. This position is ideal for those with a natural inclination for caregiving, an interest in early childhood education, special needs care, or those looking to advance their careers in fields like occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, or psychology.

Requirements

18+ years old
High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic
Comfortable playing with children
Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions

Nice To Haves

Passion or interest in preschool teaching
Experience as a teaching assistant
Experience in daycare or early childhood education
Experience in care for individuals with special needs
Interest in advancing careers in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior-based therapy, and other psychology specialties.

Responsibilities
