About The Position

Expansion Behavior Supports, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT/CBT) to work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA therapy in their homes. This role offers flexible after-school hours and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special needs. You will gain mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA and have clear pathways for career growth in the ABA field.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children
• A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
• Reliable transportation
• RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
• Active CPR certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
• Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
