About The Position

We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children. This role involves working one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism in a center-based environment. We provide comprehensive training, including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and strong clinical mentorship. Requirements

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services.
• Experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans.
• Building skills through play, connection, and creating a safe environment for children to try new things.
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology.
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child.
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days.
