About The Position

We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is patient, positive, and dedicated to changing lives. This role involves working with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism in a center-based environment. You will receive strong clinical mentorship, career pathways, and a supportive culture focused on collaboration. We provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and offer guidance from mentors and peers.

Requirements

Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
Resilience and compassion
Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

Nice To Haves

Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services
Experience with children is a plus

Responsibilities

Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
Building skills through play, connection, and presence
Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
Creating a safe, positive environment for every child
Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days
