About The Position
Join a compassionate and collaborative team dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and succeed! CCSN provides center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. If you love working with kids and want a meaningful role where you can build valuable skills, we want to meet you! This is a part-time, center-based position. Behavior Technicians work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills while following behavior-support plans developed by our clinical team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children (e.g., previous ABA experience, childcare, coaching, babysitting, education)
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with children with unique learning needs
- Be physically present at the assigned job location.
Nice To Haves
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - Paid Training for candidates seeking RBT certification
- Experience in ABA or special education settings
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to children receiving ABA services in a center-based setting
- Implement individualized treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA or Lead Clinician
- Collect accurate data during every session
- Collaborate with clinical team members and caregivers to support progress
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a safe environment for all clients
