About The Position

Bounce Therapy is hiring full-time, year-round Behavior Technicians, also described as Center Based ABA Therapists, to work at its early childhood centers in Essex Junction and Colchester, Vermont. The role provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to young children under BCBA supervision, helping them develop communication, independence, and other skills through individualized activities and play. Bounce Therapy provides training, mentorship, and ongoing support in a collaborative setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, willingness to learn, and interest in working with young children.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children, particularly children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children practice skills through individualized activities and play.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately record session data and write daily session notes.
• Communicate with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Maintain patience, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
