About The Position
As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized behavior plans, offer parent coaching, and become a part of a care team that's committed to empowerment and growth. Sessions typically take place between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and weekend availability is a plus!
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and helping them thrive
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- College coursework in education, psychology, or healthcare is a plus
- Experience in babysitting, childcare, special education, day care, camp counseling, or pediatric care is a bonus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Weekend availability is a plus
