FT/ PT Medication Technician
About The Position
Windsor Manor Grinnell is hiring Caregivers (Resident Assistants) for multiple openings — full-time and part-time overnight shifts. We offer a schedule that fits your life and a team that will invest in your future from day one. No Medication Aide certification? No problem. We'll train you — on our dime. Positions are available for Full-Time and Part-Time on the 3rd Shift (Overnight) from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Windsor Manor is a small, close-knit Assisted Living community where residents know your name and your work genuinely matters. You'll gain real hands-on experience, earn your Medication Aide certification on our dime, and be part of a team that supports your growth every step of the way.
Requirements
- A genuine heart for caring for seniors
- Dependable, patient, and comfortable working independently
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a healthcare career worth having
- No certifications required — we'll train you from day one!
Nice To Haves
- Prior caregiving, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
- Assist with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and comfort
- Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team
- Build genuine connections with residents who count on your presence every shift
- Grow into a Medication Aide role with fully paid on-the-job training
