Behavior Interventions, Inc. (BII) is offering an intensive 4-week training program to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This program enhances knowledge and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working directly with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. The training includes online webinars, role-play, competency-based practice, and direct observation. Upon completion, trainees will have the necessary requirements to schedule their RBT exam, leading to a pay increase and more case options. BII was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide quality ABA services to individuals aged 18 months to 21 years, specializing in the treatment of ASD, communication and developmental delays, and challenging behaviors. Services are provided in Delaware, Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. BII is committed to employee career development through training, clinical supervision, and guidance to achieve certifications.
