Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education)
6 months of experience working with children (paid or voluntary)
Must be 21+ years old
Must have a car with a valid license and insurance

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, implementing lesson plans.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
Coach caregivers on implementing ABA principles into daily routines.
