About The Position
Hello from Kids First, We’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across Buffalo area. If you’re looking to make a real impact while building a long-term career, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
Requirements
- Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks
- Reliable, patient, and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Work with a BCBA to support skill development
- Track progress and create a safe, positive environment
