We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism in a center-based environment. This role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), utilizing play-based methods to build skills and create a safe, positive environment. The position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within the first 45 days of employment, with ongoing clinical mentorship and career development opportunities.
