About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism in a center-based environment. This role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), utilizing play-based methods to build skills and create a safe, positive environment. The position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within the first 45 days of employment, with ongoing clinical mentorship and career development opportunities. Requirements

  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
  • Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
  • Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

Responsibilities
