About The Position
FirstSteps for Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with young children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences. The role focuses on building communication, play, and everyday-life skills to help children succeed at home, in school, and in their community. Requirements
- Patience, dependability, and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
- A valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable getting on the floor to play and moving quickly when needed.
