This role is an opportunity to be a steady, positive presence in a child’s everyday world. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children in childcare centers, homes, and community settings, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills that support independence and inclusion. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll bring individualized treatment plans to life in natural, play-based environments, helping children succeed during real routines, peer interactions, and daily activities.
