The Behavior Technician will work with clients, caregivers, and team members, engaging in professional development activities, conducting intervention and data collection as prescribed by the client’s treatment plan, and following designated protocols to foster skills and behavior generalization. Employees must achieve at least 80% accuracy on the initial IBT training within 14 days of employment. Employees failing to achieve 80% accuracy will be placed on unpaid administrative leave until this outcome can be achieved.
