We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to changing lives. This role involves working 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism in a center-based environment. While prior experience is not required, we provide comprehensive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with ongoing mentorship and support.
