About The Position

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. This role offers paid training in ABA therapy, ongoing support from a collaborative team, and opportunities for professional and personal growth. AST is part of LEARN Behavioral, a network of ABA providers committed to nurturing the unique potential of children with autism and special needs nationwide.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
