About The Position

If you are a Behavior Technician looking for a position that offers a set weekday work schedule, we'd love to talk to you! This position offers a set weekday schedule with guaranteed 30 hours and block scheduling, working in teams. We are looking for individuals with lots of energy, who are playful, creative, and able to think on their feet. Dependability is key, as clients and their families need to count on you. The role requires the ability to constantly get up and down off the floor and move quickly. Tech savviness is also important, including comfort with learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams). A desire to learn, work independently, and provide the best quality care to clients is essential, as is an interest in working with evidence-based methods based in science and proven effective.

Requirements

Must currently be RBT certified by the BACB
Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Lots of energy, playful, creative, able to think on your feet
Dependable - someone your client and their family can count on
Ability to constantly get up and down off floor, move quickly
Tech savviness - comfortable learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Desire to learn, work independently, and provide the best quality care to our clients
Interested in working with evidence-based methods based in science and proven effective

Responsibilities

Teach kids while playing, and following a treatment plan specific to that child
Observe, play and collect data so you can write a progress note
Help kids learn essential life skills such as motor skills, social skills, emotional skills and more
Work on goals with child that help shape challenging behaviors into communication skills
