About The Position

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) behavior modification programs in home and community settings, teaching clients new skills for life. The organization serves families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders and other special needs and aims to help individuals and families reach their highest potential. GOALS is an established ABA agency serving the San Francisco and Las Vegas areas for over 10 years. The role involves delivering one-on-one behavioral services, collecting accurate and detailed data, and preparing service notes. Technicians travel to clients’ homes and other community settings as required and receive continued support and mentorship from GOALS supervisors. The position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Pay is up to $30 per hour for candidates with a valid RBT certificate.

Requirements

Must be over age 18.
Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to obtain a negative TB test.
Reliable transportation, public or private.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Two years of college credit or an associate’s degree preferred.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Valid RBT certificate; pay is up to $30 per hour with this certificate.

Responsibilities

Travel to clients’ homes and other community settings as required to deliver services.
