As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, utilizing ABA therapy and play to foster communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required for this role, as paid training is provided. The position offers continuous support from a collaborative team and significant opportunities for professional and personal growth, including promotion possibilities in as little as 3 months.
