About The Position

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, utilizing ABA therapy and play to foster communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required for this role, as paid training is provided. The position offers continuous support from a collaborative team and significant opportunities for professional and personal growth, including promotion possibilities in as little as 3 months. Requirements

At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check
Education requirements: Some College (At least 1 college course completed, dual enrollment with a college while in high school or trade school program completed)
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence
Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with AST's values
Build a strong foundation for careers in behavior analysis and related fields
Create positive, lasting change for children and families
