Requirements

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
Must be ages 21+.
Must have a car with a license and insurance.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes.
Implement lesson plans and bring them to life.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
Coach caregivers on applying ABA principles in everyday moments.
