About The Position

Behavior Technician (Entry-Level ABA Therapist) Empower Minds ABA LLC – Richmond, Hercules , El Sobrante CA $23–$25 per hour + $840 RBT Certification Bonus Are You Ready to Empower Families and Ignite Positive Change? Empower Minds ABA is hiring dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, helping them learn, grow, and thrive through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This is your opportunity to start a meaningful career in behavioral health—no prior ABA experience required. We’ll guide and support you every step of the way.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play.
• Must pass background check, fingerprint clearance, CPR, and First Aid.
• Vaccination Records (immunizations or immunity): Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B (a declination is acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (a declination is acceptable)
• Schedule Availability on the following days: Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM, Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or RBT certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support children in developing communication, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data on each session using digital tools.
• Encourage positive behavior through proven ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and your clinical team.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company policies.
