Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma
  • Must have reliable source of transportation and be willing and able to travel between different sites.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of Auto insurance required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with autism and related disorders
  • Experience working with children ages 0-16
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in a primarily center-based settings with occasional home-based services as needed.
  • Teach important life skills like communication, play, self-help, and social skills using proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods.
  • Work closely with an onsite BCBA who will provide hands-on training, guidance, and real-time support during your sessions
  • Collect data and document sessions accurately.
  • Manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
  • Participate in light cleaning and support children in daily routines (e.g., dressing, toileting, brushing teeth).
  • This position requires working with a range of children who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
