Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join their growing team. This is a part-time, Fee For Service position. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction to promote the development of new skills, under the direction of their supervising BCBA. The role involves monitoring client behavior, collecting data, and reporting this data to the supervising BCBA. The Behavior Technician will collaborate with the supervising BCBA and the client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior. The company offers a summer schedule with 'Summer Fun Fridays' where they close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
