About The Position

As a Behavior Technician in Ivy ABA’s Applied Behavioral Analysis program, you will support documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will assist clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques through therapy for autism. The role involves communicating effectively and building professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Requirements

• Suggested: one year of experience in a therapy facility or related field, and/or enrollment as a student in a therapy curriculum program.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible as workload changes.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivation and drive to exceed patient expectations.

Nice To Haves

• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
