Requirements
- A passion for helping others and making a difference
- Are patient, caring, and dependable
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy
- Must have high school diploma or GED

- Assist people with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines
- Supporting positive behavior plans and skill development
- Encouraging independence, choice, and community involvement
- Documenting daily activities and progress
