About The Position
The Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one in-home ABA services to a bright, verbal, and engaging 9-year-old boy in East Meadow, New York. The role involves implementing ABA programs and behavior plans, collecting session data, and communicating with the BCBA. The technician will help the child develop communication, coping, flexibility, and independence skills while creating a positive and engaging learning environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Requirements
- Reliable and professional.

- Experienced with children and ABA services.
- Able to remain calm when a 9-year-old presents surprisingly strong counterarguments.
Responsibilities
