About The Position

Join Coyne & Associates as a Behavior Technician and make a difference in the lives of children aged 1-12 with developmental delays and autism. This role offers hands-on experience in real-life sessions, working 1:1 with children in their homes. You will bring lesson plans to life, track progress, and coach caregivers on applying ABA principles. Requirements

  • 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
  • At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
  • Ages 21+.
  • Possess a car with a license and insurance.
  • Have or be willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or be active military/military dependent).
  • Be insured on an auto insurance policy.
  • Have a reliable vehicle.
