The Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing intervention and data collection as prescribed by the client’s treatment plan. This role requires acting professionally and treating clients with respect and dignity at all times. Employees will engage in professional development activities, including attending training sessions and reading journal articles about behavior analysis. The position involves conducting research as part of a client’s treatment team, following designated protocols to foster skills and behavior generalization, and staying apprised of the client’s IBP and/or PCSP Program. Weekly communication reports summarizing successes or concerns with both administrative and therapy tasks are also required.
