About The Position

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to help children with autism learn, grow, communicate, play, and become more independent. The role involves working one-on-one with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them develop essential life skills. The position offers paid training, hands-on support, and the chance to build a career in the field. Responsibilities include providing engaging ABA therapy, tracking progress, and collaborating with BCBAs and team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass required background/screening requirements
  • Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, walking, running when needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in ABA, psychology, education, special education, social work, child development, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy
  • Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
  • Track progress using easy-to-use electronic data systems
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members throughout your day
