About The Position

The role involves working one-on-one with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them develop essential life skills. Responsibilities include providing engaging ABA therapy, tracking progress, and collaborating with BCBAs and team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background/screening requirements
• Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, walking, running when needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children
• Experience in ABA, psychology, education, special education, social work, child development, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or healthcare

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy
• Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Track progress using easy-to-use electronic data systems
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members throughout your day
