About The Position

Autism 360 is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for their Hickory team. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training and hands-on support, ideal for individuals who are dependable, energetic, compassionate, and enjoy working with children. The role involves working one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them develop essential life skills. Responsibilities include providing engaging ABA therapy, assisting children in building communication, social, play, and daily living skills, tracking progress using electronic data systems, and collaborating with BCBAs and other team members. The goal is to help children achieve individualized goals and celebrate their milestones.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background/screening requirements
• Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, walking, running when needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
