About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking passionate and energetic Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to families in Fanwood, Scotch Plains, and neighboring towns in New Jersey. The role provides direct therapy in homes, communities, and daycare settings, using individualized treatment plans to address behavior and teach skills. Technicians collect data on client progress and behavior.

The position offers a flexible schedule, typically 10–15 hours per week, with at least 8 hours per week required. Applicants should have some availability after 3 p.m.; a mix of daytime and after-school availability is preferred. The agency is owned and operated by BCBAs and describes its approach as evidence-based, trauma-informed, and personalized. Staff receive collaborative support, and BTs/RBTs pursuing BCBA certification may receive free supervision and varied experience as a Student Analyst consulting in home, school, and community settings. All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism.
• Obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within 6 months of hire if not already certified.
• Commit to at least 8 hours per week.
• Have some availability after 3 p.m.
