About The Position

No direct experience necessary – we provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and unwavering support every day from the minute you join our team, whether as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! In this role, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting, teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting, collect data to monitor progress, provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals, and adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards. You will also communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, and attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

Requirements

  • All day availability Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check, which may include criminal history and driving record
  • Must be able to attend paid training and pass the RBT exam
