About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must hold an Active or Inactive RBT Certification through BACB
  • Valid state drivers license & reliable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to client-centered, ethical, and evidence-based care

Nice To Haves

  • Higher education preferred
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
  • Use teaching methods such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Help children build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
  • Record behavioral data and session notes accurately
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records to support treatment progress
  • Work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other therapy professionals
  • Support caregiver training as directed by your BCBA
  • Share observations and communicate client progress
  • Follow HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and company policies
  • Maintain RBT certification or actively work toward certification
  • Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing feedback sessions
  • Set up therapy materials and session spaces
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Follow all safety and behavior support procedures
  • Attend required training and professional development activities
  • Accept coaching and feedback with a growth mindset
  • Represent HealthPRO Pediatrics professionally with clients, families, and coworkers
