We are hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to an 18-year-old male in Albany. The role involves working one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), directly supporting skill development and positive behavior change, with support from experienced supervisors and ongoing guidance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally to client homes
• After-school availability required

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with adolescents or young adults in any setting such as group homes, education, psychology, or healthcare
• Weekends a plus
• RBT credential is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect session data and document client progress
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule
• Be a part of a new community initiative launching this summer.
